a. Health Guarantee

• All French Bulldogs are sold with a health guarantee that ensures the puppy is free from major genetic health issues at the time of sale.

• A licensed veterinarian must examine your puppy within 72 hours of receipt to validate the guarantee. Failure to do so voids the health guarantee.

b. Deposits and Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy.

• Full payment is due before the puppy is released to the buyer. Accepted payment methods will be detailed at the time of purchase.

c. Return/Refund Policy

• Puppies are sold as-is, and all sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds, but under specific circumstances, we may accept a return if the puppy cannot be cared for (at our discretion).

d. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery and shipping options will be discussed individually with the buyer. Additional fees may apply.

• We prioritize the puppy’s safety and ensure all travel arrangements comply with legal and ethical standards.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers are responsible for ensuring the puppy receives appropriate care, nutrition, and regular veterinary visits.

• We are not liable for health issues arising from negligence, improper care, or environmental factors after the sale.

4. Use of the Website

a. Content Ownership

• All images, text, logos, and other content on the Site are the property of Famous Frenchie Brand and may not be reproduced without permission.
